 Born in South Dakota, Outdoor Photographer and Writer Frank Everhard has had the opportunity to live in various parts of the United States and Old Mexico, including North Dakota, Minnesota, New England, Ohio, Arizona, Virginia and Texas. He has traveled in over 20 countries including Japan and became interested in photography in the Sixties. His dad took many wonderful photos on his travels in the United States and Frank's interest stemmed from those experiences.
Everhard has been published in numerous publications here and abroad, including Entrepreneur 500, Mechanics Illustrated, Houston Chronicle and recently won the cover for the Boulder City Hospital with his photography of the Rocky Mountain Flat Irons and the Boulder City Mall. His photographic style represented in the Everhard Gallery reveals the texture of that which surrounds us, preceived as a whole but seldom alone. Everhard seeks to paint the abundant texture of the lesser side of the more dominating landscape leaving the feeling of what we may have missed in the observation of the obvious.
