 Hope Kathleen Wang grew up in Duluth Mn. and Graduated from the University of Mn Duluth. She now resides in St. Paul Mn.
She started her artistic path designing clothes in San Diego, California. She returned to St. Paul and apprenticed for 8 months with Master Decorative Painter Karl-Heinz Meschbach. Her studies with Karl-Heinz involved faux-finishing, antiquing and marbleizing. His talent, discipline, encouragement, and sense of humor has inspired her as she continues to develop her art.
Her experience for her fine art comes from a diverse background. She is a decorative and mural painter, color and design consultant. Presently she is studying the ancient chinese science of Feng Shui. She travels often, taking art classes on the west coast and in Europe.
