Artist's Biography

Julzs Bio Image

Julz's first solo show was in November of 1989.
It was titled “Rub A Dub Dub” due to the fact the work had been painted entirely in her bath tub. Over the next decade she continued to paint and had multiple solo and group shows.

In 1995 she began her exploration of painting in public. The act of sharing her creative process gives the viewer a chance to understand and relate to abstract art on a personal level. Through this new environment Julz's work developed a deeper intimacy with the human experience and its expression.

Listed below are a few of her public appearances.
