Art has been a daily part of my life since as far back as I can remember. After finishing my graduate degree at CalArts I set out for Los Angeles armed with an MFA of Costume Design and a passion for discovery. As the Owner of RAY's Designs for the past 8 years I have designed/rendered stage productions that range from the "Marque De Sade" to "Black Comedy". Two years ago I transformed the human forms that I had used to communicate with into another life form all its own, and it was good. I created the artwork from sticks of wood, left over fabric from shows and an imagination; creating a masterpiece, it felt good. Enjoy! Ruthi
